Watson Racing, LC branded products are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase for manufacturing defects. Watson Racing, LC shall, at its sole discretion, review warranty claims after the one (1) year period. This warranty may be different than the statute of limitations applicable to any such claim under applicable law. By placing an order with Watson Racing, LC you agree to be bound by this warranty period and that any claims must be brought within the warranty period thus shortening the statute of limitations under applicable law. Any claims that Watson, LC deems to be the result of poor or improper installation by purchaser or any third party will be rejected.
Powder coated products: Watson Racing, LC is not responsible for paint degradation resulting from the lack of care during installation. It is purchaser’s and or installer’s responsibility to assess the hardware being used to mount the product. In some cases additional hardware (loose washers) may be needed to avoid removing the paint when fasteners are tightened down.
